Hey... really?  You live in Taiwan?  You must have much enthusiasm 
about cels that you are purchasing cels from there.  I am from Taiwan.
But right now I live in America.  It was that I heard from a friend that 
said that if I want to do anything related to anime, actually staying in Taiwan 
is a good thing to do since lots of Japanese animations are done in Taiwan.  Before I 
was only interested in manga, so I didn't really pay attention to him...*^^*

Why not go around and ask around yourself?  I am sure you might find some surprises!
*oh I wish I am there!*  Why not go to Japan for cel hunting's?  Since you are so close to there...
