Hi, everyone,
I haven't been checking the cels out for a long time, but now I noticed
that Anime-Exchange doesn't seem to be updating anymore. What happened
to them? They carry quite a lot wonderful cels, too bad the updating has
stopped. Someone knows why?
Also, I have a question about cel. What does "pan cel" indicate?
