Actually, there are quiet a few OAV cels floating around:
many of the people selling the cels do not differentiate
between the TV and the OAV series for Bakuretsu Hunters.  
(I suspect that most cel dealers don't have the time to 
become absolute fans of EVERY series they offer cels for.
 ^_^ )

In most cases, if you have watched a good portion of the TV
series and the OAVs, you can recognize which cels come from
which.  A good general clue is Carrot's outfit: brown in the TV 
series and green in the OAVs.  Another person mentioned the
difference in the girls' transformed outfits.  If you are a
big fan of Marron, he is drawn a bit differently in the OAVs --
someone was selling an OAV cel of Marron a while ago.  Any 
cels of Milfey are definitely from the OAV, but I've never 
seen one for sale. 

Some of the cels that were at Anime Chaos a week ago were 
probably from the OAVs based on the content: I think the 
Chocolat cozening up to Carrot was from the OAV (I'd have
to double check) and the Tira w/glasses from the top of 
the chest probably comes from the first OAV.
