I have found someone locally (sorry no email address) who 
has some repro hand-painted Pokemon cels. Most are of 
unpopular characters but there a few nice ones (Charmander,
psyduck etc...) He is asking quite a lot for each one and
I was wondering if anyone has seen these before? If so for
how much? Are they common? Thank you.
