You posted a lot of messages...certainly got a lot of
attention.
Anyway, Central Park Media actually has the most 
Urotsukidoji cels available in the US.  They didn't post
everything they have on the website, they have quite a lot
of expensive ones selling at the conventions.  It's just
depending how much you want to pay.  I remembered they have
a couple very nice face shot of Amano selling for $300 
and up, do you really pay this much?
Urotsukidoji cels are also rare and expensive 
in Japan now, La Blue Girl and other adult anime 
cels are easy to find and relatively cheap, but not 
Urotsukidoji.   
Most importantly, most cel dealers don't like to carry
adult anime cels, it makes you more harder to find.  Good
luck hunting it.
