Card Captor Sakura is a popular series in Japan, it's going
to air its 2nd second soon.  The Japanese collectors already
drive up the prices over there, as they come to the hands
of the foreign cel dealers, they get even more expensive.
Newly released anime doesn't mean its cels will start 
selling cheap.  The prices relect the supply and demand...
the popularity of the series.
