Anime Expo is in mid-July, it's still 4 months away. In
terms of the amount of cel dealers there, yes, that is
indeed the heaven for cel collectors. Most of the major
cel dealers that you deal in the internet will be there.
If you want to find good quality and rare cels in the US,
Anime Expo is indeed the place to go. On east coast, you
can also check out Otakon which is early July.
