   I'm no expert at the game [at least not
yet]. But, from my few experiences...Anime
cons are a great place to find cels. All 
sorts of cel type that you or many are looking
for should be there! 
   Gosh, I recall going to the Anime Expo
in 96'. There were many cel dealers there!
Unfortunately, I wasn't cel collecting back
then. Man, they were so much cheaper! AND,
alot of those cels I passed up on, I'm kicking
myself today for not collecting back then!
Oroooooooo!!!!
   Anyhow, to sum it all....yes, Anime cons
are a wonderful and fun place to find cels!
Not to mention meeting other people who are
into the same hobby as you! Go if you can,
most likely you'll have a great time!  =)
