Cels Forum

Your average standard sized cel is about 10-1/4" x 9", but I 
have seen all different sized cels.  The largest one I have 
is an 20"x11" vertical pan cel and the largest background I 
have is an 12"x23" horizontal pan cel.  
I do prefer to collect cels that fit in 11"x14" cel books 
which can be purchased at different places around the net;
including Noriko's Anime and Usagi's House.
