Can anyone out there ID where this cel is from? It's supposed
to be a Gundam cel, but I have no idea who it is.  For a while
I thought it was from F91, but after watching it I didn't see
a single scene where the main character wore that outfit. 
Maybe it's Hasaway Noah(son of Capt Bright Noah) but again,
I'm not sure.
