Anime Link has some of the cels that you're looking for,
I remembered he has a Benton cel with background and
Fiore from the SM movie. Rayearth cel with background
shouldn't be too hard for the TV series, but for OVA, yes,
you can find them with backgrounds, but they're usually
laser printed backgrounds, not the hand-painted ones.
From what I heard, most of the OVA backgrounds are
done on computers.
It always bothers me buying cels with laser-printed
backgrounds instead of the hand-painted ones.
