It's the panda boy's mother from Netttouchen Episode 57 (Nettouchen season 3). That episode is available on the Viz Video tape V-ROCD06 "Outta Control: A Room with a Zoo". It's the "Step Outside" episode. Your cel is at about 13:33 into the tape. I don't remember the mother actually having a name. |
