I bought it with an El Hazard name label on the cel packaging,
so I guess it is from the series ... also, the cel at the above 
URL (sorry Jerry ^^;) is of the same character and there
appear to be bugs or something in the background, so I 
assumed she may be the queen  ...

I have only seen the beginning of El Hazard's tv series, and
all of the first OVA series, so I thought well ... maybe its OVA 2..?

I really like the character design and would love to know 
who this is :)
