Last year I purchased this cel shown below and took my chance on opening the package and removing it (with cotton gloves on) to find that the sketch was unstuck!  So, feeling that a white background was too bland, I created my own watercolor and ink wash which I felt was suitable for this piece.  The drawing is in perfect condition as is the cel.  Can anyone give me a rough estimate as to its true value?  The dealer I bought it from does not tamper with the packaging on the cel and so its up to the buyer to see if the sketch is or isn't stuck.  Thanks! -Icefox
