You won't find any production EVA cels for under $100,
some of the most average looking ones I saw going for
a few hundred bucks easily. Why? Because Gainax didn't
release these cels to the public, the ones you can find
are either stolen or give-away, that's why they're so
expensive and rare. On the other hand, you can get
the reproduction cels cheaper than the real ones.
Anime Taro has a few last week, no idea that he still has
