I've been a cel collector for about five years now and I was thinking of starting to "cel" cels as they are one of my prime loves in life. Can anyone tell me is there a best way to purchase cels for sale other than hunting all over the place for cels on the net and/or going to Japan? Thanks ;) -Icefox |
