Hi!

Just thought I would put in my two cents since I was recently on the other side of this kind of miss understanding my self.  The folks at Nichibi are really good nice guys and as much as I hate to agree with zoo and at the risk of offending customers or potential customers I would have to say "Cut the guy sum slack!".  I just got back from a week in Japan and I am week behind on messages myself.  I posted on my page that I would be closed but even then,I got back and had 12 people still trying to order.  What people don't realize is that we are people too.  I have take a week (or even two over xmas) to get back to people.  I can understand where your worried about the money and all.  That is understandable.  But it sounds to me like I am not the only one here singing Nichibi's praise.  Your going to get your cels.  Just relax, they "could" be in your hands by the time this little thread dies out.   What every you do don't start harassing him or any other dealers with belligerent hate mail that makes the situation worse.  

Oh, and a... one more thing.  When you spend time on a news group bad mouthing someone it is only fare that you post when reach a resolution to the problem.  That way people don't just think that the problem persists.
