Rick is still pretty new to the whole internet scene.
For the past 15 years he has almost exclusively dealt in
shows and through the mail.  Having recently talked to him
you should also know that he did just return from a 
trip to Japan.  He usually isn't the fastest when it comes
to emails because most of the time he isn't even here in
the US to check his mail.  Cels aren't his only job and his
other jobs often has him going to Japan a couple of times
a month in travel.  Usually the only sure way to get a 
hold of him is to see him at shows, which he is usually at
the shrine show in Los Angeles every month and most of the 
other big anime shows across the country.
