WARNING! There is a scam fan artist out there! Part 2 of 3 (Fri Oct 29 00:35:37 1999 )

When I confronted the seller with this, she "redefined" her
definition of "deprived" to "inspired from" instead of
"bought." I have just concluded a month long debate/
negotiation with the seller, and I managed to get some of my
money back. I got back $100.00 which I resolved over the
phone with her Mom (who basically tried to tell me I
couldn't prosecute her daughter for fraud because she was
under 18 and told me "caveat emptor: let the buyer beware").
Now, I am stuck with her fan art sketches which I really
don't want anymore. They are nice, but I have a lot of bad
memories associated with them. I have also tried contacting
all the other bidders in the auction (I e-mailed them with
what I have stated above, that they were fan art sketches,
and that I would be willing to send them copies for them to
look at if they were interested.).
