I never even knew that that guy sold cels.  He's listed in the
Cel Guide directory, but I never saw any cels on his site. 
Perhaps his consigner decided not to sell and he's trying to 
negotiate with him.  I doubt that anyone would mail out a cel 
like Nadia without insurance, thus the word "disappear" as you 
say sounds a bit suspicous to me.
