When I buy a cel, the price isn't my only criterion.  All other things
being equal (cel quality, my desire to own the cel, etc) I will *always*
buy from the dealer who has the best customer service, even if his/her prices
are higher. 

Why am I willing to pay more?  Because it makes my experience of buying a cel more
enjoyable.  Because I don't have time to deal with unprofessional dealers.  Because
I think that good customer service merits reward (i.e., more money).

Some of the points I consider as good customer service:  prompt response to any
questions or concerns I have about a potential order;  prompt acknowledgement of order
with clear and concise instructions for ordering (whether this be via email or on a Web
page somewhere);  acknowledgement of receipt of my payment and an *accurate* date of
shipment or when I can expect it to be shipped (tracking numbers are much appreciated)
 and *especially* secure packaging (I must say Cel-shop Vi takes the cake on this one!).

Sure, not every dealer does all of these things yet I still give them good marks for service. 
If they fail to meet a good number of them though, forget it.  I don't mind passing up a good cel
at a cheap price if it also means passing up on a lot of aggravation.

I understand I'm probably in the minority here.  That's fine.  I suppose I just want to
make my appreciation known for the dealers who take the time to be courteous and professional -
whether they are "professional dealers" or not.
