Hello,
I am surprised that you didn't e-mailed me and that
you prefer to post a message on the board without even
giving your e-mail address... because if there is realy
a problem with the cel (which cel is it ?) I would
certainly accept to exchange it for another cel, refund
you or give you a credit on a future purchase, as you
prefer.

I don't write on the site if a cel is stuck or not (half
from lazyness and half because most cels are sealed and
I don't want to open them) so you must have asked me...
(but I realy cant find back the e-mail and I searched...)
Anyway, if I say that it's not stuck, it's only mean
that. As Brian wrote, many cels were owned by other
people and it's quite possible that they removed the
cel from the piece of paper themselve. But if the
cel is damaged, I wrote it on the website and if
the drawing is realy damaged (or uncomplete), I
simply say that the cel doesn't come with a matching
drawing...
