Yes but the less sunlight the better even if you use
anti-UV glass. Also not all anti-UV glass filter the
same amount of UV.

Yes. Glass is a very stable and neutral element. It won't
reach with anything. But put the _right_ side of the glass :
not the one that was coated to filter UV or whatever else.

It all depend if you have good taste or if you are colors
blind... :) No, seriously, it's ok to put a colored sheet
behind the cel. Some people will tell you that you have to
absolutly use acid free stuff (no LSD either...) but personaly
I don't think it's that important. (the paint of the
cel isn't acid free... :)
