Let me preface this with saying that I'm feeling very 
frustrated at the moment, so please calibrate accordingly!

How do people know when cels are being posted?  Do neophyte 
cel collectors need to establish working relationships with 
various dealers?  

I ask because I typically scan a group of on-line cel 
dealers at least three times a week (usually oftener).  
I find that even if I visit the DAY that there is a posting 
of new cels, the one or two cels that I'm interested in are 
usually sold before I get there!  I would expect this if I 
were buying cels of a title that was popular in the U.S. 
(let alone in Japan), but the two series that I'm most 
consistently aiming for (Master Mosquiton and Weiss Kreuz) 
are barely known among fandom.

PS.  If the person who is purchasing the Mosquiton cel #4 
from Anime Gambit is more interested in Inaho cels than
in Mosquiton himself, I would be more than glad to purchase
an Inaho cel or cels of your chosing in exchange for the
Mosquiton cel I mentioned!
