I got my cels from the September upload - 'bout a week after 
the October upload was posted.  I haven't gotten my October
order yet though.  You might send Pocket a note - best if 
you can manage it in Japanese, you'll get a faster answer. I
have placed/received three orders from Pocket and on each one
I had to send him a note asking about my order before I finally
got it.  So, I just wait about four weeks and then send a note
and then get my cels - seems to be just part of the order
process. ^_^
