Argh!! I ordered a cel from Ninja Death Graphic's of Mamochan from sailor moon and its been a week and half!!
The mailing system must have lost it.
 So now ... I have to take a refund!!
~Sniff~ Does anyone know of a good place I could find a Nice Mamo-chan cel at?
