  If they see some cel dealers keep jamming up their
prices, of course the others will follow the trend too.  
And die-hard fans continue to pay big bucks for these cels,
so the cel prices keep going higher and higher each month.
Especially this year, the cel prices are rising quickly, it
is unbelievable.  
  Collecting anime cel is starting to be a popular hobby
among anime fans.  Before, most fans just liked to collect
regular anime items like CD, LD, Books...etc.  But now,
more and more fans are starting to collect cels as well.
As more people buying cels, the demand is getting higher, 
and supply is getting lesser.  So the prices will continue
to go up.  The theory is supply and demand, but let's
face the reality, certain dealers are jamming up their 
prices way too high now.  Like I said earlier, when
some other dealers see these prices, they also follow and
mark up their prices too.
