I have For Sale nice quality cel books.  
The bindings are black and are made of a tougher plastic than
many of the cel books that are currently being sold around the net.
These books have 24 pocket pages each and you can put 48 cels in 
each book. The pockets are made of archival (acid-free) polypropylene. 

Sizes I have available are:

 11"x14" which can fit standard sized and some over-sized cels and 
also standard sized backrounds.
Price is $16 postage paid.

 14"x17" which can fit some of the larger sized cels and backrounds.
Price is $35 postage paid.
