I read several messages about Sailor Moon cels on ebay which does not
make any sense for me.
All price justified based on supply and deman! Obiously,auction will lift
more price rather than ususal manner. However, let me tell you something about the recent case in Japan.
Recently, SM cels are getting more expesive not only ebay auction but also here in Japan too.
It get more difficult to find nice sm cels and also price go up.
It is getting more popular to see the price of over $200 or $300 at the Japanese auction conducted by
Japanese anime shops or anime events.
What does it mean? The answer is very simple. These sm cels become more popular among Japanese
sm manias and caused up the price in the domestic market.
I can not criticize these situation at all. why? Because I believe, the cels itself does not have any value.
(Technically speaking, these cels are industrial waste.) But, at the same time, the value of cels are always created by demand!
