I put the first initial message up,

So I'll try my best to explain my point without having an arguement. It's true.. advertising higher prices are bad for the cel market.. but that's how all things are sold. You buy and sell. You wouldn't say buy a cel for $200 and sell it to someone else for $150. Sometimes.. what you buy is valuable and rare. We know that Kenshin cels are not easy to find.. and when you do, they are gone in a blink of an eye. Raising the price on a cel for that matter doesn't seem too bad when the availability is not always for anyone to grab. Rarer things in this world cost more. Popular things (especially with anime EX : FY) cost more. On the second side of things. I know the bidder and he happens to have 2 of the same cels. He went through with putting a print, matte, glass, and frame all professionally done. I don't think there is anything wrong with making a bit off profit by investing time in doing something to help it look more attractive. Perhaps if you are not interested.. the message was not intended for you. Have you also considered that most people don't get to Japan? There are shipping costs, order costs, and the fact that most people don't see a KENSHIN cel on Taro before it says SOLD OUT on it (like I often do). Hope my 2 cents helps. Cels are in a market.. they are much as a hobby as they are a business.

Carpa
