I have dealt with Misa and Dave many times. 
They are reliable and I'm happy with their service and 
their cels.
Most cel dealers don't depend on cels for their living.
They have regular jobs, so the cel stuff is done during
spare time. Also, some dealer have been losing email
because of internet service problems. This is beyond their
control. Send her another email
message if you haven't heard back in a week.
