Ack; cels in the sunshine???!!!  Caugh... weeze... 
Never, never, never expose your cels to sunshine!!!  You
want them to die or something?!  
I keep my favorite ones framed in an always cool, semi-dark 
hallway; no sunshine touches my "babies"!
Some people are very paranoid about exposing their cels to 
even air or light, but I don't like to keep them all locked
up.  They need to be treated and cared for, like any fine
art, though, so take precautions, but enjoy your cels. :)
