It seems Pocket does not want to be known as a 'seller'
but just someone who is out to help others find anime.
Convenience? For me, I think we are the ones that are
inconveniencing Pocket and should be the ones going
out of our way to make things easier for Pocket.

I don't know Japanese and I did have trouble trying to
communicate something to Pocket so I went out and
bought a Japanese/English dictionary. I tried to translate
my question in Japanese instead. It was probably really
bad Japanese, and it took me a couple of hours, but at
least I tried and my question got answered. Pocket goes
out of his way to try to communicate in english, it is only
proper for me to give the same effort.

Pocket doesn't 'make' me pay the extras, I make that
decision on my own. Nobody can 'make' you do
something you don't want to. The choice to pay the
'extras' is up to the customer, not the person selling it.

Pocket is not a business. What do you define as proper
business ethics? (I don't know if Yann minds all this talk,
but my e-mail is there if you want to continue this
discussion.) This is just something they do in their spare
time, not a career. When someone goes out of their way
to do something, the same should be returned.
