Why should dealers post such a statement? It should be
common sense that if I make a deal with someone that I won't
post public that person's name and address. There are a lot
of crazy people out there that might take revenge on someone
that has beat them to a cel or another one-of-a-kind item.
If someone is looking for a particular cel that I sold to
someone else, then as a courtesy to both parties, I would
notify my customer and let them know that, so that they can
notify that person what the situation is. I would never
give out their address. But I do think it rude if the
person that owns the cel does not at least respond to the
interested party and at least let them know that they have
the cel and that they don't want to sell it. This way the
person that is searching for the cel could put their mind at
ease rather than search and hope in vain.

By the way, are you so paranoid that someone might retaliate
against you for posting your concern, that you can't even
post your user name and email address?
