What is it you're trying to say?
Are you emailing them to request that they put a cel on hold 
for you, or are you asking them if a cel on hold is available
yet?  
It's possible that they get a lot of email for the same cel 
and just can't answer it all. I'm sure they're not trying to
be rude on purpose, unless they misinterprited your email.
