Hi,
I'm thinking of buying a cel that has a couple of black lines around
the picture (I'm sure you have all seen them, like with the picture drawn in black behind it)
Does this bring the value down much?
There are only one or two and it doesn't really detract from the picture or anything but
I would like to know.
