Huh, never seen a studio pierrot sticker on a cel. Is it
*on* a cel? I would suppose it depends on how long the 
sticker's been on the cel....if the adhesive has been on 
the cel for a long time....and you remove it, it'll leave 
that sticky stuff on your cel after you peel off the sticker
and cause some minor damage...unless that sticker is sitting
on top of the ink lines...U know what'll happen if you peel
it off then... I don't know, but maybe you're better off
leaving it there?
