It's amazing what some people try to get away with when it comes to the price of a Tuxedo Mask cel.  I've seen peole trying to sell cels of him for $150 +.  It's the same with the cats.  Despite the fact that they are in nearly every single episode people like to slap a high price on their cels.  But Jotaru was right, Anime Lane does have decent prices.  Even I think that they are a little high, but I trust Anime Lane when it comes to high quality cels for low prices.
