I'm having a problem identifying a cel I recently bought.. 
I believe its an AIC title, but have no idea what show it 
belongs to. It is not Iczelion, which is the section the cel
 had been placed in. Can someone identify the character and
show for me?

PS: I will be unable to maintain the Seiruun Cels website for
several weeks while I am on vacation, so there will be no 
sales or auctions for 2 or 3 months...  in the meantime 
if there are emails I hope (please note: 'hope') to be able
