I have never seen a Ushio and Tora cels carrying in any
dealers before, the studio probably released a small
amount that are enough to circulate in Japan.  Or they
may never release them to the public at all.

About the video/computer game cels, most of them are created 
right in the computer.  In other words, they created
in computer programs such as Director, Painter, 
and Photoshop...etc.  Only a small selection of 
video/computer games chose to use traditional cel methods.
