Cels Forum

I have a cel of of Sailor Ironmouse from Sailormoon. The cel is 
of a full body shot of her in her sailor fuku skipping while glancing
behind her back. The cel isn't anything to shout about, but I do have
one question. 

This cel does not have any of, what i think are called guide holes, at the
top of the cel or the pencil. The cel is also slightly larger than the 
standard cel. 
Does that mean the cel was used in a different way than in the series? I 
was just wondering, since every other cel I have has the guide holes.
