Before I get into my main discussion there is something that I would like for
you to clear up since it really baffles me. If you were so dissatisfied with
the cel, why didn't you at least write an email telling me about it?  If you
were dissatisfied with the cel, and if you still are, I'm perfectly willing to
take the cel back and give you credit that can be applied for a future
purchase.  This is stated VERY CLEARLY on my policies page. Everything would
have been solved smoothly then.  It's very sad that you are slandering me
without any attempt from you to address the problem to me beforehand.  I think
it was a very poor judgement on your part to make speculations on how I carry
out business practices as well.  There are dealers on the net who do not post
prices on their webpages.
Does this mean that they are selectively choosing their customers?  I do not
carry out such business practices and I'm positive that the other dealers are
not conducting business in the manner in which you have stated.  Please do not
express your frustrations by making such unsubstantiated claims.  MY BUSINESS
OPERATES ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.  I DO NOT conduct business as you
have claimed.
