I wish you good luck on finding someone big-hearted enough
to help you on your hunt for FY cels excluding Miaka.
When it comes to Fushigi Yuugi cels, the internet is 
a very unfriendly place. Your best bet is to watch places like
Anime-Taro, and other Japan-based cel stores, and hope to 
God your e-mail reaches them first before someone else, on the
event that they do get some cool FY cels.
