ExCel Animation Art has a good selection of cels
from Irresponsible Captain Tylor. Their FTP
server appears to be back up and working. Their
prices are quite good. Also, House of Anime has
one cel of Azalene (under Shows with one cel).
And Anime Gambit has one nice cel of Azalene.
