then they should be releasing them soon if that is the case!
The whole reason that they have used old footage, is that the first movie was rushed. So they did a recap of the story to fill up space. then when they finished the second half, they did the same thing. I guess it had to take the
3rd release to get the movie the way they intended to release it in the first place!
something tells me that gainax is not going to be as lenient with their eva cels as AIC with their cels though, 
so I think the cels will still be very very very pricy, and very very rare. Gainax will prolly ask for high prices, because they know people will spend high amounts of money for Eva stuff.
