I also have to agree there... I can't recall HOW many times
I had to write abdel before he finally wrote back. In
fact, I'd all ready requested fraud claim papers from my
local Postal Inspector, and was about to send those off,
when he finally replied that a refund was being sent...
I'm posting here mainly to say that I've received a refund,
and what I consider a fair compensation for the damaged
cel. It took longer than I would've liked, but it did
eventually get here.
I do know there were several others (also those who emailed
me at one point to say they were in the same boat) who
also deserve a refund for cels not received... I guess all
you can really do is keep writing, hang on to your
paperwork (such as money order receipts), and take it
to whatever level you think you need to... I finally
decided it was worth filing fraud over, not mostly because
of the money itself, but because I really makes me angry to
see ANYONE hurting a hobby I love by not being honest...
and since abdel refunded my money, he's o.k. in my book...
but I won't be ordering again (I do learn my lesson, even
if it's the hard way...)
