If you start pulling the paper back from the
tip of a hair, or anywhere else that there's just a
small bit of paint, it is more likely to come off than if
you were to start gently pulling back from a larger painted
area.
Just pull it gently and slowly, and if it doesn't budge,
try from a different angle (left, right, top, bottom...) If
a gentle pull doesn't work, don't force it. Try another spot
that's stuck, and come back to the first one later.
If you feel confident, go ahead and try. If at any time
you have second thoughts, just stop and maybe an animation
gallery or an EXPERIENCED custom framer will do it for you
for a fee.
I hope that helps.
A few people have some cel care and handling guidelines
on the internet. I have links at the bottom of the
"Cel Notes" page.
