No, there isn't any problem (except if your scanner need
a few hours to scan one cel in which case it may become
pretty hot). It's not one quick pass that will do anything.
What is bad for cels, is long exposition to UV or,
obviously, direct sunlight. That's what make the black
lines fade away.

PS : Naturaly, if it isn't a flatbed scanner but something
like some fax machine where you have to pass the cel through
the scanner... I wouldn't try...
