Cels Forum

     My father is going to Japan in a month, so I was 
wondering if someone could suggest some stores in Japan 
that sell cels.  I only know of Mandrake and K-Books.  
I've heard that Mandrake is very good, but I haven't heard 
any opinions about K-Books.  Can anyone suggest some other 
places to check?  Thanks.
