I don't know of many places for Ah! My Goddess cels, but 
let me tell you this about Evangelion.  As far as I know, 
GAINAX hasn't released the cels for sale yet.  Only a very, 
very few have left the studio.  They are generally not for sale 
and they tend to be not the best of poses.  Just wait a 
little while, and GAINAX should be releasing them.  They 
should have released them by now, but I've heard that 
director Anno wants to redo the TV animation, to make it 
better.  Who knows... is he really that much of a perfectionist?
